Biography: 

Diane Nguyen is the program manager at Voltage Leadership Consulting. Born and raised in Roanoke, VA, she graduated from Roanoke College with her B.A. in Psychology in 2016. As the 'token millennial' in an office of Boomers and Gen X, she's excited to share her thoughts on false assumptions about generational differences!
