Susan Ward is an award-winning learning strategist and has won international awards in the field of adult education. She is a dynamic and much-sought after speaker on several topics and has been lauded for her presentations in North America, Asia, and the Middle East. She is a credentialed educator for General Electric and has certification in coaching and global management (INSEAD. She is an adjunct senior lecturer at Monash University, one of Australia’s top institutions of higher education and research.
In her last role, as Senior Director of Learning at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Susan was proud to be part of a project that brought a well-known US brand to another geography. From 300,000 applicants from around the world, she participated in the selection of many of the 3,000 employees and then with her team, led the orientation of each of these caregivers to a new role, in a new facility, surrounded by a new culture and for many of them, in a new country!
